I don’t sell a one-size-fits-all retainer. Growth work compounds when you fix the right layer at the right time: first the voice, then the system behind it, then the culture that sustains it. Most companies try to do all three at once and end up with noise instead of momentum.
Below are the three engagements I run, in the order they typically make sense. If you’re not sure which one fits, that’s the first thing we figure out together.
Tier 1 — Voice
Founder-Led Content & Ghostwriting
The problem this solves: You have real insight and a growing business, but no time — or appetite — to write about it. Your LinkedIn is stale, your newsletter doesn’t exist, and every draft you start sounds stiffer than you actually are.

Tier 2 — System
AI Growth Strategy & Automation Oversight
The problem this solves: Your funnels, content, or lead-gen run on manual effort, spreadsheets, and one person’s memory of how things work. It’s held together, not built to scale.
What I do: I design and build the systems.
Deliverables:
- AI-driven marketing funnel audit and redesign
- Growth systems audit: what to automate, what to cut, what to leave alone
- Automation workflow strategy and architecture (with various AI tools stack, mainly Claude Cowork/Claude Code)
- AEO/GEO content system design — structuring existing content to be citable by LLMs like ChatGPT
Format:
Project-based engagement (typically 4–8 weeks) or ongoing strategic oversight

Tier 3 — AI Enablement
Fractional Growth, Community & AI Enablement
The problem this solves: Your team hasn’t been given the AI skills to keep pace with the business — so even though the product is strong, the brand feels hollow. The founder might be visible, but the team isn’t equipped to show up as credible voices, and prospective customers, hires, and partners can’t feel who’s actually behind the work.
What I do: Fractional advisory built around AI enablement — hands-on workshops that build your team’s real AI fluency, not just awareness — paired with the advocacy work that turns that fluency into visible proof for your brand. Built from actually having run communities.

How Engagements Typically Start
- A real conversation first. Tell me what’s actually stuck — not which tier you think you need.
- An honest recommendation. If you only need Tier 1, I’ll say so. I won’t upsell you into a retainer you don’t need yet.
- One stream at a time. If we do end up working across tiers, we resource one fully before adding the next — that’s how the work actually compounds, and how I actually work best.
Not sure which tier fits?
FAQ
Do I need to start with Tier 1?
No — some clients come in needing Tier 2 or 3 directly. Tier 1 is just the most common starting point because it’s the fastest way to see if we’re a fit.
Can I combine tiers into one retainer?
Yes, once we’ve worked together on at least one tier. I don’t front-load multi-tier retainers with new clients.
What industries do you work with?
Primarily AI/tech founders, early-to-growth-stage startups, and women-led businesses — though the work applies anywhere the gap is voice, systems, or culture rather than budget.
